Tamika Devonne “Catch” Catchings; a 32 year old, 6-foot-1 forward for the Indiana Fever of the WNBA, the United States Women’s Basketball National Team, and the Turkish team Galatasaray. She was the third overall pick for the Indiana Fever in the WNBA Draft of 2001 from Tennessee where she was a part of the 1997 undefeated season. She’s a two time Olympian, a seven time WNBA All-Star, four time Defensive Player of the Year, and after so much hard work in the league she finally won MVP in the 2011 season. Off the court she spends time working with many charities as well as her Catch The Stars foundation which helps young athletes with free clinics and camps.
